Admissions

NOTE: Applicants must be graduates and Fellows of the College of Stoic Philosophers (FCSP) before they begin their studies at the Posidonius.

Applications to begin your studies may be made for any term—Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. The CoP operates year-around, with four terms that follow the solstices and equinoxes of the seasons. That is, the Spring term would start on the Monday following the Spring Equinox, and so on. Students are encouraged to apply several weeks before they intend to matriculate in order to procure the necessary syllabi, books, articles, et cetera.

Independent Studies

There may be those students who have career or other personal commitments that make regular seminars and assignment deadlines difficult or impossible. By special arrangement with the Headmaster these students may request and be qualified for Independent Studies. For the independent student, seminars are optional, and all quizzes and papers may be turned in at any time during the current term.

Fees

There are no set fees for attendance at the College of Posidonius. Students are asked to make a voluntary contribution of whatever they can afford whenever they can afford it no matter how great or small. Instructions on how and where the money can be paid will be explained after the student has been accepted into the Posidonius.
